Kevin Chalmers has been with TI for 14 years and is the Director of the Linux Core Product Development team within TI which is responsible for the development and support of upstream components.

Leveraging the perspective he has gained from managing both support and dev teams he has been active in pushing mainline development and participation within TI. He has been effective in presenting the advantages of being active in the Linux mainline to management, field teams, and customers.
